Global celebrity Priyanka Chopra turned a year older on July 18. She celebrated her birthday with husband Nick Jonas, cousin Parineeti Chopra and mother Madhu Chopra. The family headed to Miami to ring in Priyanka’s birthday. Pictures and videos from the birthday celebration are posted by Nick and Parineeti on their respective social media handle.
For the birthday, PeeCee wore a gorgeous red outfit and she danced her heart out to Nick’s song ‘Burnin’ Up’.

Parineeti wished Priyanka by posting a picture with her with a sweetest thing to say about her. She wrote: “In Miami with the birthday gurllll! Happy bday Mimi didi. There is never gonna be another one like you. Actress or sister.”
On the other hand, Nick shared an adorable post to wish his darling wife on her first birthday with him. The picture Nick shared belonged to his brother Joe’s wedding, in which Priyanka is seen wearing a pink Sabyasachi sari. “Light of my world. My whole heart. I love you, baby. Happy birthday,” Nick wrote.
It is the first birthday of Priyanka with Nick as they got married in December 2018 in Jodhpur in a royal wedding ceremony. They first married as per Christian proceedings and then in a Indian culture.
Recently, Nick was asked about their wedding, which was an amalgamation of their cultures. “She comes from a big Indian family. I obviously have my brothers… We did it in Jodhpur, at a palace there which was beautiful. Obviously there was good food, good music… So you do the pheras, which is seven walks around the fire symbolising seven lifetimes together. So I am locked in for good now,” he answered.
“One year ago today I went to go see Beauty and the Beast at the Hollywood bowl with a group of friends. One of those friends was the woman that would become my best friend, my confidant, my muse, my beautiful wife. I am so grateful for our journey together so far. You make me smile every day and you inspire me to be the best version of myself. I am honored to be your husband. I love you,” he added.
