Shilpa Shetty Kundra:
Shilpa Shetty is a fitness enthusiast. She was the first actress who released a video on fitness and yoga. Talking about her breakfast, she had said, “I cleanse my system with warm water. Before warm water, I have four drops of noni juice. It gives me a lot of strength.” She rolls cold-pressed coconut oil around her mouth and between her teeth for 7-10 mins. “I start off with a raw fruit so it’s either a banana or grated apple, blueberries, in my muesli. I try to keep it low sugar. I prefer using natural forms of sugar like honey or powered jaggary,” she also shared.
“I also have two eggs around 10-10:30am with raw avocado and a whole wheat toast with butter,” she added.
Kareena Kapoor Khan:
Kareena Kapoor Khan has a perfect body and her glowing skin. Her nutritionist RujutaDiwekar has many times talked about not having coffee or tea as the first thing in the morning. Also, Bebo said that a banana is the first thing she eats. She loves home-cooked meals and she has a paratha with ghee or poha as breakfast.
