More than half of the year 2019 has been completed and the year proved lucky for some actors. Last year saw the era of the Khans in which all three Khans’ movies released and all the three’s films failed to impress the audience. Aamir’s Thugs of Hindostan, Shah Rukh Khan’s Zero and Salman Khan’s Tubelight didn’t work on screen. This year, it seems Bollywood showed a big heart for new generation and content-oriented films won the BO.
However this year, we will have to miss a few stars seeing on-screen. Check out this list of celebs who we will not see on-screen this year:
Aamir Khan: After failure of much awaited film Thugs Of Hindostan, Aamir will be seen one of the most expensive film of Bollywood Mahabharat.
Shah Rukh Khan: His last release Zero failed at box office and he will next be seen in Rakesh Sharma biopic.
Rani Mukerji: Her last film was Hichki and after a year gap, she will back on screen with Mardaani 2.
Sara Ali Khan: The actress debuted last year with Kedarnath and also seen in Simmba. This year, she will not be seen on screen and Sara’s next film will be Rannbhoomi opposite Varun Dhawan.
Aishwarya Rai Bachchan: The actress was last seen in Fanney Khan and then had been signed two new films- Jasmine that dealt with surrogacy, and Gulab Jamun along with husband Abhishek Bachchan. But, both the films will not release this year.
Abhishek Bachchan: Junior Bachchan was last seen in Manmarziyaan and had signed Gulab Jamun but the project has been shelved.
Apart from these actor, there are other actors whose films not going to release this year because they don’t have films in their kitties as of now. These actors include Sanya Malhotra who was seen in Badhaai Ho, Huma Qureshi, Pulkit Samrat, Fatima Sana Sheikh who was last seen in multi starrer film Thugs Of Hindostan, Ileana D’Cruz who was last appeared in Raid, Kajol whose last release was Helicopter Eela and Irrfan Khan who is on-going treatment for his health.
