Today, Shibani celebrates her 39th birthday and we bring to you her love story with Farhan Akhtar. For a long time, these two dated each other and were often spotted quality time together but they kept their relationship under the wraps.
While the duo has never accepted their relationship in public, they never even denied. In an interview, Shibani had talked about the same, and had stated, “I expect people to understand from the pictures. I think a picture speaks a thousand words. When I post something, it’s there for the people to see. I don’t think you need to write a caption or say something; it’s there in the picture(s). Whatever is there is what you want to take and make from it… I don’t think we are going out to hide anything or announce anything. It is what it is.”
While after dating for quite some time Shibani and Farhan made their relationship official October, last year when he had shared a picture with Shibani on his Instagram account.
He had captioned the picture with a ‘heart’ emoji letting the world know he has struck by cupid’s sharpest love arrow. Earlier, the same picture was shared by Shibani on her Instagram account in September that served as a piece of spicy news for the media mills.
Shibani who was very open about her relationship with Farhan had revealed in an interview with Mid-Day about her relationship and how she never felt the need to make an official announcement for the same. She had said, “I am not secretive, but I don’t feel the need to say things out loud.
She further added,” I don’t need to make an announcement about who I’m dating. It’s up to me to decide when and what I want to share about my personal life and it is up to the audience to decide how they look at it. How much information I want to put out in the public domain is my prerogative.”
Recently they both turned show stoppers at the ongoing Lakme Fashion Week, giving away major couple goals. We wish Shibani a very happy birthday.
