Man Vs Wild: Modi talks about values and customs of India; shared special memories with Grylls

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has always made his country proud with his dedication, love, efforts and devotion. In simple words, we can say that PM Modi is always ready to take special actions to make his nation on top. Thus far, he has already proved his mettle in almost all arenas.

To make his country proud, Indian PM has appeared in the special installment of Man Vs Wild that got telecast on Discovery channel in over 180 nations on August 12 at 9:00 pm. The show has been shot in the India’s most popular place, Jim Corbett National Park that is based in the state of Uttarakhand.

Modi was seen along with the popular host Bayer Grylls. During the show, Modi also talked on his special childhood memories with Bayer.

In his special talk, Modi state that he belonged to a poor family and he had faced a lot of problems in his childhood.

He also shared, “We used to put hot coal in a pot and press it in clothes. Salt was used for washing clothes.”

Modi also said that he always focused on overall growth.

The Indian PM stated that if it is considered as a vacation tour, then this is his first break during the last 18 years period.

In addition, Modi questioned Grylls, “When did you first come to India?”

He answered, “I came to India when I was 18 years old.”

Modi also told him that he assisted his father in tea shop and after that he used to attend school.

Grylls told PM that Jim Corbett National Park is a giant tiger dwelling and there are a number of tigers here. Grylls speared PM as an armament for safety.

Grylls said, “You are the most important person in India. You are the Prime Minister. It is my job to take care of your safety.”

On this, OM answered, “Ki..ing is not in my culture. Man’s safety is uppermost. I keep this spear at the behest of you.”

In addition, PM Modi also talked on his Himalayas visit.

He said, “I went to the Himalayas at the age of 17-18 to understand the world. I used to meet people there. Met many saints. At least life lived.”

Modi talk about the beliefs, philosophy, olden times and rituals of India in the program.

Above all, PM also mentioned Mahatma Gandhi.

Modi stated that it is vital that hygiene should be present in the heart of the people.

“India is a big nation. Our aim is that India should be completely clean by 2020. In the program, better suggestions were sought on the Narendra Modi app on cleanliness. Those giving better suggestions will get a chance to meet PM Modi.”
