Virat and Anushka are surely the most loved and talked about couple since they got married last year. The two keep sharing adorable pics together and their pics are always viral. The couple had purchased a luxurious flat for Rs.34 Crore in Worli, Mumbai.

The 7,171-square-foot apartment is located in tower C—the most luxurious of the three towers in the complex—and faces the Arabian Sea. The apartment comes with four parking slots and is a 5 BHK is a part of the Omkar Realtors and Developers’ residential project, located on the 35th floor of an upcoming tower in Worli, Mumbai. The building costs a whopping Rs. 34 crore to Virushka.

A source from the builder’s office to a leading daily had said,”The project has flats on bare shell ‘Bespoke’ model, which means the flats can be designed as per the owner’s style and taste. The builder offers only a floor, with no columns in between. It’s like a playground and the owner can make anything inside. One can have any size of the bedroom to a king size hall or a study,”.

The couple had rented a flat leased out a sea-view apartment in the skyscraper by the Raheja group in the nearby Dr Annie Besant Road for a monthly rental of Rs 15 lakh. The flat in the Raheja Legend has a carpet area of 2,675.07 sqft and is on the 40th floor.

According to reports, the couple has now decided to cancel their Rs. 34 Crore flat in Worli.

According to media reports, property consultant Anarock has been appointed by Piramal Fund Management to manage the sale of 70 apartments worth Rs 1,100 crore in Omkar 1973 project. Piramal Fund Management had invested about Rs 1,400 crore in the project, which includes Rs 1,200 crore in debt and Rs 200 crore in equity. In 2015, it had announced the exit of its equity investment in Omkar 1973.

According to sources, other prominent celebrities who have bought apartments in this project are cricketer Yuvraj Singh who bought a flat for Rs 64 crore, followed by the DY Patil family at Rs 49.1 crore and Baba Kalyani of the Kalyani Group for Rs 21.3 crore.

Virat will now start playing in IPL while Anushka will keep shooting for ZERO opposite Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif which is slated to release on December 21.
