Russia’s President Vladimir Putin is well-known for his fitness and as a hard-hitting person. People believe that it is important to get up early in the morning and to sleep early in the night for fitness. But Putin’s case is exactly the opposite. Putin wakes up late in the morning and becomes almost afternoon when he takes the breakfast. He usually eats a large omelette with a bowl of porridge. With that, he also takes quail egg and fruit juice. After finishing the complete beef, he also drinks coffee.

After the breakfast, Putin swims for two whole hours every day. When he is in water, he plans the day for the country. After finishing swimming, he heads to the gym and does a workout. According to reports, his gym outfit costs approximately Rs. 2 Lakh.

According to Juda, Putin is very conservative in terms of clothing choice. He chooses bespoke suits and Door Valentino tie. According to a report by Russia’s website Beyond the Headlines, Putin’s favourite clothing brand is Kiton and Briony.

At his office, he reads the briefings of the notes on his desk. These include the reports of Domestic Intelligence and Foreign Affairs, as well as clips sent by Russian press and international media. According to Newsweek, Putin is not much to read in addition to things related to work. According to Newsweek, he works late at night and his mind moves faster at night.
