Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s latest magnum opus ‘Padmaavat’ was initially titled as Padmavati and was slated to release on December 1, 2017. But due to constant protest by Rajput groups and ban by various state governments, the movie was pushed to January 25 and was titled as Padmaavat. The movie has now been released.
Performance of Deepika Padukone in Ghoomar and Ranveer Singh in Khalibali are being appreciated worldwide. In Bajirao Mastani too Deepika was appreciated for her dance in ‘Deewani Mastani’ song and Ranveer for his energy in ‘Malhari’.
Recently, T-series shared a behind the scenes video of the making of the song ‘Khalibali’. The song which is choreographed by ace Bollywood choreographer Ganesh Acharya has been receiving gallons of praise ever since the release of Padmaavat. Ganesh has also choreographed the popular ‘Malhari’ number from Bajrao Mastani for Ranveer Singh. Have a look at the video of the making of the song.
The film stars Deepika Padukone as Rani Padmavati, Shahid Kapoor as Maharawal Ratan Singh and Ranveer Singh as Allaudin Khilji and has already minted Crores in Indian Box-Office in just a few weeks of release.
Ranveer will next be seen in Simba slated to release in December this year. Deepika will be seen in a dark-thriller while Shahid is rumored to reunite with Imtiaz Ali for ‘Jab We Met’ sequel.
