Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah is one of the most popular and top notch shows on Indian television. The situational comedy has been amusing its audiences for quite a long time. In recent times, the show has successfully completed 11 splendid years.
The show that started on 28th July 2008 has made a special position in the hearts of its audiences. All the characters of the popular show, be it Jethalal, Dayaben, Taarak Mehta or Nattu Kaka, all of them have turned out to be household names.

Dilip Joshi plays the role of Jethalal Gada.
Amit Bhatt
The character of Jethala’s dad Champaklal Jayantilal Gada is donned by Amit Bhatt. He is 46-years-old and has a doting wife and two kids.
Shailesh Lodha
Shailesh Lodha dons the titular character of Taarak Mehta- acquaintance, friend and consultant of Jethalal. Taarak Mehta tied the knot to Swati and the pair has a daughter, Swaara.
Neha Mehta
She plays the role of Anjali. She began her TV career with 2001 Zee TV show named Dollar Bahu.
Tanmay Vekaria
Gujarati actor Tanmay Vekaria is playing Bagha in the show. He has also worked in a Gujarati movie in 2017 named Samay Chakra Time Slot. He has two kids.
Sonalika Joshi
Sonalika dons the character of Mrs Madhavi Bhide. Before start working in Marathi TV shows and ads, she was a theatre artist. Married to Sameer Joshi, the pair has a daughter named Arya.
Mandar Chandwakar
Mandar Chandwakar plays the role of tuition teacher Atmaram Tukaram Bhide. Mandar’s wife is Snehal and has a son named Parth.
Shyam Pathak
Shyam Pathak dons the role of Popatlal. He is married to his ladylove Rashmi and the pair has two children.
