ICAT awarded Hero Moto Corp with BS6 Certification, becomes India’s first two-wheeler company to receive the honor.

Hero Moto Corp receives BS6 certification and it is the sole company in India to receive this big honour.

The BS6 reign will commence from April 1, 2020 and remembering that two and four wheelers have just begun moving their creation to BS6. What’s more, as far bike makers are concerned, Hero MotoCorp has turned into the primary organization to get BS VI certification for its Hero Splendor iSmart. The company has received the approval certificate from International Center for Automotive Technology (ICAT) after the Splendor iSmart was effectively tried for BS6 compliance. The following one year, Hero MotoCorp will begin changing over its different models to BS6 and has the mechanical and technical ability for the same. For a manufacturing company to achieve BS6 certification, it needs to build a model and get it fully tested and guaranteed by government organizations, for example, ICAT, ARAI, and GARC.
