Kareena Kapoor Khan is one of the fittest, cutest and hottest actress of Bollywood. She is among the A-listers in Bollywood and is also very appreciated by the audience. Earlier Kareena was criticized for her chubby figure type in Bollywood. She stunned everyone with a size zero in Tashan but ‘critics’ then continued to call her too skinny and that she is showing off. However, Begum has never cared about the world thinks and is always busy with her work and with family.
She has been a hottie always and also the most beautiful mother in the industry when she took son Taimur in hands. After giving birth to Taimur, she had decided to shed all pregnancy fats as fast as possible and rock the Bollywood again and she has been successful in her mission too.

On being asked about her fitness regime, she said, ” I do a mix of yoga, cycling, weights, and cardio in my exercise regime— well spaced out so I don’t get fatigued with a single discipline. I believe the right exercise mix helps keep me fit without it getting monotonous.”
On being asked about her diet plans, she said, ” I eat a lot of green leafy vegetables like broccoli, spinach, and fenugreek, and I don’t believe in cutting down the carbs in my diet.I try to eat something healthy every two to three hours. My breakfast usually comprises upma or paranthas (without oil), muesli or idlis. For lunch, it’s the usual roti, or brown rice, with dal and vegetables. At night I like to keep it light with a soup and some stir-fried veggies. I make sure to include lots of salads and fresh fruits in my diet.”
Kareena will be soon seen in Veere Di Wedding along with Sonam Kapoor, Swara Bhaskar. The film will release on May 18, 2018.
