Superstar Rajinikanth, the thalaivar of the entire world has made a big announcement that he is going to debut into politics.  The announcement made all the people quite happy and wishes poured in for superstar.  The 67-year-old actor announced that he would form a new party.  He said “I will do my duty..it is time.  We will change the system.”

Ankkush Baali overcomes his equinophobia for Prithvi Vallabh

Talented actor Ankkush Baali, who is set to return to television after a long gap with Sony TV’s upcoming magnum opus Prithvi Vallabh, has come across one of the biggest challenges while gearing up for his role.

Ankkush has a phobia of riding horses and since his role in the upcoming drama requires him to learn horse riding, the actor is overcoming his fear and nailing it.

When we contacted Ankkush, he said, “I had horse riding experiences during my childhood days with my maternal grandfather in the outskirts of Delhi. I had been guided well at that time and I used to feel secured as my Mama used to sit behind me. Now I have got a chance to do it after a long gap of 15 years.”

“It’s little scary as back then I was a kid and I had no worries of falling off the horse and getting injuries but now I feel a lot of pressure. I love horses and they are the most beautiful animals God has ever made. When I got to know that I have to ride a horse and learn riding it thoroughly, I was kicked about it and was quite excited but it turned out to be little scary when the training started.”

Ankkush continued, “I am still making myself comfortable with the Black beauty Alice, which is my horse. I have to treat her with Parle G, Carrots and then rub her neck before my shoot. Animals also need a lot of pampering like humans do and the horses love it. It becomes little uneasy to do horse riding with the costumes but still we have to do it.”  

“I have started falling in love with horses but I am still scared of falling off from them,” sings off the actor.

3. Rajnikanth said that he was not entering politics for money or position. He said, “I am not entering politics for post or position. if I had wanted it, I would have got it in 1996 itself. If at the age of 45 I had not aspired for that, why would I do it at the age of 68?”

4. The superstar said, “My politics will be based on spirituality, not on religion or caste.”

6. “From the days of kings and rulers looting other countries and kingdoms, we have come to a level where rulers are looting their own country,” said Rajinikanth.

Shaleen Malhotra who essays the role of Yuvraj in Colors’ Laado 2 (Shakuntalam Telefilms) has charmed the audience with his enigmatic personality on the screen.

An actor always strives to get into the skin of each character assigned and Shaleen has nailed it! While he entered the show donning the rough and rugged look, he gradually turned romantic and a protector of his lady love. As Yuvraj, he also stood up for the honour and dignity of women.

But now Shaleen’s character is gracefully shifting to a grey shaded one. Yuvraj loves Anushka (Avika Gor) and is a noble soul but the only thing which keeps him away from her is Ammaji (Meghna Malik), the murderer of his parents.

Speaking about the shift in his character, Shaleen said, “My character is developing into a complex one. It has become very challenging to play Yuvraj because it is not only about shifting emotions between love and hate but there are times where I have to feel both in one scene.

In the acting world, this is called subtext. I train my mind to feel the emotion so strongly that it is seen through my facial expressions. I learnt this over the years by undergoing various acting workshops and learning from my acting gurus.

For an actor, specially a TV face, it is very important to do workshops, which teach you this as it is not so easy to live with the character and come out of it too. “

Priyank Sharma’s eviction gave a major heartbreak to all his fans and we can understand how they must be feeling right now.

Priyank is quite satisfied with his journey after he got evicted from the house on Saturday. He said that his journey was a roller coaster ride in the house has only made him more mature.

Talking with a leading web portal, Priyank said, “What a journey it has been! I am really happy that I reached so far and finally, I can say that I managed to complete my run in Bigg Boss 11.”

He further added, “When I entered the show again during Diwali, I was bubbling with energy wanting to prove myself. In the course of time I enjoyed myself, made stronger bonds, also a lot of mistakes but I learnt from it all. I was down and depressed after being portrayed so negatively and there actually came a time when I wanted to quit the show. Thankfully I had Bigg Boss with me, who told me that the world knows that my heart is at the right place, it just that I need to be strong. I did that and today like a phoenix, I have come out stronger of the phase.”

Lastly, when asked to name his favorites for the finale, Priyank said with a laugh, “I will play really safe here. I really think Shilpa ji (Shinde) and my two very close friends Vikas and Hina (Khan) will be the finalists and one would take home the trophy.”

Promita Chakrabartty: I have no plans. I think I will be shooting on 31.  Our serial Saat Bhai Champa started in the end of this year and I think we will begin our New Year by being on the set. Since the whole team has become like a family, I am not feeling bad about it, rather I will enjoy.

Shampa Banerjee: I will spend the evening with some close friends and family…planning to have a fun time with them.  

Rajib Basu: I am going to Mumbai to celebrate it with my family. As I said before my sister and brother in law live in Mumbai…This year I just didn’t feel like partying with my friends here in Kolkata…. Maybe with age I am becoming wiser and getting to understand the true value of spending quality time with family. In Mumbai, maybe we’ll have a house party or go to a nice cozy restaurant and spend the evening there….

Debchandrima Singha Roy: I will go to Park Street at night with my friends after pack up and enjoy there for some time but I will not be visiting any restaurant or club. After Park Street, I will head to highway with my best friend to enjoy 31 night.

Rajdeep Gupta: This 31 will be different I guess as it’s already 29 and I have made no plans.

Jasmine Roy: This 31, I am going to Bombay. I will be meeting Rehaan (Roy) there. He was my hero in Meera. So, I will be celebrating 31 in Bombay itself.

Sheikh Rezwan Rabbani: When I was a child, I used to be excited about 31 December but now I don’t feel like that. Now I like to be busy with work and shoot.  

Oindrilla Sharma: There might be a get together with friends…nothing is confirmed yet.

CBFC Chief Prasoon Joshi Confirms Padmavati’s Title Change Along With Few Other Modifications! Deets Here

The hopes of the release of 2017’s most controversial flick “Padmavati” lightened up in a significant manner with the censor panel and the movie makers arriving at a contract to modify the name to “Padmavat”, carry two conditions and alter a song sequence boasting the queen of Mewat.

The report stated that the Central Board of Film Certification has given a “U/A” certificate to the movie after it watched the movie on December 28 evening and recommended five alterations and not over a dozen modifications as guessed. The screening of the flick was attended by CBFC head Prasoon Joshi and the movie has been inspected by a board of professionals.

According to a release issued by the CBFC, “The panel had a get-together of their probing board on December 28 and made a decision to give the movie a UA certification along with some modifications and likely change of the film’s title on the basis the attributed material/creative source.”

Though anti-Padmavati activists such as Karni Sena, which has stated the movie fakes happenings linking to the medieval queen as well as Alauddin Khilji, and a few well-known ex-regals carry on holding out, the conversations between the censor panel and movie maker Viacom and director Sanjay Leela Bhansali mark a step forward, which can pave the way for the movie’s screening, comprising in states where administrations have declared for a ban.

“The film was approached with a balanced view keeping in mind both the filmmakers and the society,” the statement added.

The censor board stated, on December 30, that it has started the procedure for allotting a U/A certificate to the movie. This will be done once the film producer alters the name to “Padmavat”, which clarifies that it is based on the literature poem of the similar name.

The special board comprised Arvind Singh from Udaipur, Dr Chandramani Singh, and professor K K Singh of the Jaipur University.

“The members of the panel had insights and also some reservations regarding the claimed historical events and socio-cultural aspects which were duly discussed at length.”

Mr. Joshi stated that the movie was viewed together with a special board of historiographers that gave its “viewpoint” on the issue.

“There are no cuts suggested in this film by CBFC, only five modifications. The incorrect or misleading reference to historical places must be modified.”

This long running show on Zee TV’s recently completed 1000 episodes. The series came up with its spin-off series Kundali Bhagya and a lot of changes have been inculcated in the storyline. Dev-Sonakshi (Shaheer Sheikh – Erica Fernandes from Kuch Rang Pyaar Ke Aise Bhi):

The popularity of this on-screen couple soared high in no time. Their love story finally won over all the hurdles and after facing trouble in their paradise, the duo reunited and turned out to be parents of two adorable kids, defining parenthood on a different level. Their popularity was grown to an extent that the show was speculated to make a comeback with another season.

Soichiro Honda- Rise Of Honda After Manufacturing Plants Bombed Several Times!

Honda was a mechanic. His job was to prepare cars for races. Honda founded a piston ring manufacturing company called Tokai Seiki in 1937. This company won a major contract to supply piston rings to automobile giant – Toyota.

But soon he lost the contract as the quality of his work was very poor. He worked very hard to understand the quality required and improved on it. By 1941, he had made such piston that he started producing rings that were acceptable to Toyota standards.

Toyota took 40% stake in his company Honda and still he was demoted from President to Senior Managing Director. Unfortunately, the manufacturing plants of Honda’s company Tokai Seiki were destroyed several times due to US Bombs attacks in 1946. Honda sold the remains of the company to Toyota and decided to establish a whole new company.

Honda established the Honda Technical Research Institute in October 1946. He worked in a 172-square-foot shack with a staff of only 12 men. They built and sold improvised motorized bicycles by building their own copy of Tohatsu engines and supplying them to customers to attach to their bicycles. Because of dedication and hard work, Honda Motor Company grew in a short time to become the world’s largest manufacturer of motorcycles by 1964.

Honda thereafter entered into mini-pickup trucks and then finally into the car industry. Today, Honda is one of the most successful car manufacturers and is a serious and big competitor to Toyota!

Television and cinema are well connected: Prosenjit Chatterjee

Tollywood superstar Prosenjit Chatterjee feels that television and cinema are well connected and they support each other.

Chatterjee, who acted in films like Autograph, Chokher Bali and Shanghai, will be seen in around 25 episodes of Subho Drishti. The upcoming serial which will be aired on Colors Bangla will see Prosenjit as himself. 

At the recent press meet of Subho Drishti, which was held in ‘The Ffort Raichak’, the actor said to media, “I think I have never differentiated between TV and cinema. If we look deeper, from economic side as well, cinema has always been very supportive of TV and at the same time whenever TV needed good TRP a good film has been shown. So, they are well connected.”

“And today, with the digitization of the whole world, I think we cannot differentiate between television, film or digital media. The thing that matters the most is the content,” he added.

Speaking about being part of the serial Subho Drishti, the actor said, “I always try to support (TV) even if it is 10 percent. They (Subho Drishti makers) have hired a cameraman from Bombay. They are trying to make it like a cinema. They have shot the serial here (Raichak) for several days. In earlier days, it was not possible to shoot a serial in such a scale. I feel TV plays an important role and I would say that TV should grow more from economic side as well.” 

As reported earlier, Subho Drishti will also see the eminent actress Rituparna Sengupta as herself.

Priyanka also spoke about Women empowerment and Me Too movement

Priyanka said, “#MeToo was not restricted to America. We live in a mostly patriarchal society and so, we need to teach our sons to respect women and not tease them. Women are often told that they asked for it when they didn’t. We need a world where women can thrive, not only survive.”
