The third ODI match of ongoing India vs New Zealand ODI series summed up with India’s triumph again. This is the nation’s back to back third winning in the Kiwis soil and the men in blue have already won the series with their consecutive three victories. India has won the match with 7 wickets. The ‘Men in Blue’ made 245 runs in 43 overs by just losing 3 wickets.

The New Zealanders won the toss and opted for batting, but seems like the day was not at all for them. The Kiwis ended up making 243 runs losing all their wickets in 49 overs. From the Kiwis side, Ross Taylor played a commendable inning and made a total of 93 runs with 9 fours but Shami took his wicket making him a step away from a century, whereas Tom Latham, the New Zealand wicketkeeper went on making a half-century, he made 51 runs with a contribution of 1 six and 1 four.

While on the other side Indian players played a top-notch game with impeccable innings, captain Kohli made 60 runs, whereas Rohit Sharma had a great inning of 62 runs and on the Bowlers side Mohammed Shami took 3 wickets by giving 41 runs, while Bhuvneshwar, Hardik and Chahal took 2 wickets each.
On 31st January the next and the 4th ODI match will be held at Seddon Park at Hamilton. India has already grabbed the series with a lead of 3-0, but the other two matches will be exciting to watch.
