Former Indian start cricketer Yuvraj Singh had earlier revealed something amazing about the new fast bowling sensation Jasprit Bumrah some years back and the bowler is really proving Yuvraj’s prediction to be right.
Yuvraj Singh had earlier stated that Indian bowler Jasprit Bumrah is a once-in-a-generation bowler and also hailed him as a cut above the rest of the bowlers.
Yuvi said that when he saw Bumrah for the first time in the year 2013, he had predicted that the young bowler was all set for greater achievements in International cricket. Yuvraj Singh said that he first faced him during a game at the Ranji Trophy during a match against Gujarat at the PCA Stadium in Mohali in 2013, and he faced a hostile spell that lasted four overs from Bumrah. After facing Bumrah, he felt that this young bowler was going to be a sure match winner for India in the future test matches.
As per Yuvraj Singh, a lot of people had questioned him whether Bumrah will be able to make it big at the Test matches due to his unique action. But Bumrah has really kept his critics silent with his amazing bowling performances in the last three years and his performance was highlighter in all the three formats of the game.
Jasprit Bumrah has really once again stolen the limelight with his splendid performances in the ongoing West Indies tour and he became the third Indian bowlers to achieve a hat-trick in the test cricket.
After the 3rd day of the ongoing second Test match against the West Indies, Bumrah said that it was the captain who always gives the required confidence. Jasprit also said that every bowler in the Indian cricket team is well backed by its current captain and they are happy as a bowling unit as they have all the freedom to do whatever they want.
