Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone are among the power couples of Bollywood. They have been dating each other for a long time before ultimately tying the knot last year. They have always been trendsetters in term of being a perfect couple. Be it Ranveer following her lady love with a rose or Deepika’s performance at the IIFA for her beau, the two have always been setting couple goals.
Through it all, the duo has been each other’s loudest cheerleaders and pillars of strength. From their adorable Instagram comments to social media PDA, there’s nothing that we don’t love about them. Last week, Deepika set the carpet on fire at the MET Gala 2019, when she walked the pink carpet in that gorgeous pink gown by Zac Posen.
Fans cannot seem to have enough of Ranveer and Deepika and while the couple did not walk at the MET Gala as a couple, some fans dug deep enough to find an old picture of Ranveer’s photoshoot with Vogue. Dressed in a stylish and dapper shimmery pink suit, fans can’t wait to see the duo together at the MET Gala some day.
The picture has gone viral on social media and DeepVeer fans have heralded the couple as the best in Bollywood. While we hope the two will someday walk the MET Gala carpet together, Deepika will next be seen in Meghna Gulzar’s next directorial venture, Chhappak that is slotted to release in January 2020.
On the other hand, Ranveer has two big projects to look up to. He will soon, begin shooting for Kabir Khan’s ’83 in London, where he will don the role of Kapil Dev. Elsewhere, he will also be working in Karan Johar’s next directorial venture, Takht. The film is a period drama, and feature the likes of Anil Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Vicky Kaushal, Janhvi Kapoor and Bhumi Pednekar in pivotal roles.
