The American Youth Policy Forum recently released their Understand Foster, Juvenile Justice, and Crossover Youth microsite and blog series, which aim to increase understanding of the barriers these populations face.
The microsite includes an overview of foster, justice-involved and crossover youth. It also includes national, state and local research to paint a picture of educational challenges these populations face, as well as their educational and workforce outcomes.
